Violation: Mr. Serrano offered and practiced engineering while his license was expired.  Mr. Serrano unlawfully represented to the public he was a Texas professional engineer.
Act/Rule Violated: Tex. Occ. Code §§ 1001.004(c)(2)(A)-(C) and 1001.301(a)-(b)(2) and (c)-(e).
Resolution: Successful completion of Texas Tech University Engineering Ethics Intermediate Course and an administrative penalty of $8,715.00.

AES Septic, LLC, Magnolia, TX; Case Number B-37946
Violation: AES Septic, LLC offered and provided engineering services without being registered with the Board and falsely signed and sealed engineering documents indicating a professional engineer performed or directly supervised the work.
Act/Rule Violated: Tex. Occ. Code §§ 1001.004(c)(2)(A), 1001.301(a) and (c)-(e), and 1001.405(b)(1)-(2) and 22 Tex. Admin. Code §§ 137.37(b) and 137.77(a) and (d).
Resolution: Cease and Desist Order and Administrative Penalty of $3,500.00.

Partner Assessment Corporation (F-11803), Torrance, CA; Case Number B-37795
Violation: Partner Assessment Corporation issued an engineering report without the seal and signature of the professional engineer responsible for the work.  Partner Assessment Corporation issued engineering work without the firm registration number.
Act/Rule Violated: 22 Tex. Admin. Code §§ 137.33(f) and 137.77(h).
Resolution: Administrative Penalty of $750.00.

Raxis Engineering, LLC (F-16001), El Paso, TX; Case Number E-37932
Violation: Raxis Engineering, LLC represented to the public an individual was engaged in the practice of engineering whose license had expired and falsely signed and sealed engineering documents indicating a professional engineer performed or directly supervised the work.
Act/Rule Violated: Tex. Occ. Code §§ 1001.004(c)(2)(B)-(C) and 1001.301(b)(1)-(2) and (c) and 22 Tex. Admin. Code § 137.37(b).
Resolution: Cease and Desist Order and Administrative Penalty of $3,000.00.
